Renowned crypto analyst Michaël van de Poppe revises his portfolio of alternative cryptocurrencies

Professional cryptocurrency trader Michaël van de Poppe recently made significant changes to his altcoin portfolio after going all-in on altcoins a month ago. He decided to remove certain underperforming cryptocurrencies and replace them with more promising alternatives that could potentially offer a higher return on investment (ROI).

In a video streamed on his YouTube channel on June 6, van de Poppe explained that altcoins took a hit after the SEC approved spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Despite this, he identified some altcoins that still presented opportunities for significant gains.

Van de Poppe decided to remove Cosmos (ATOM) from his portfolio, noting that while it was a fundamentally strong project, it had not been performing well, experiencing a correction of up to 50%. Similarly, he also removed Curve (CRV) from his portfolio due to its consistent underperformance against Bitcoin and Polygon (MATIC).

In contrast, van de Poppe identified Sei (SEI) and Celestia (TIA) as promising altcoins with potential for significant returns. Sei, in particular, had corrected significantly after a listing, making it an attractive opportunity for him.

Overall, van de Poppe emphasized the importance of conducting thorough research before making any investment decisions in the volatile cryptocurrency market. He shared his experiences of gains, losses, risks, and opportunities, highlighting the need for careful consideration and analysis when trading crypto assets.
