Talisman Wallet Launches Quests App to Add Gamified Rewards on Polkadot
Talisman, the crypto wallet that supports multiple chains, has announced the launch of Talisman Quests, a gamified experience aimed at increasing user engagement and education within the Polkadot ecosystem. The Quests app allows crypto users to create a profile and progress through different levels by earning experience points (XP) and unlocking rewards. As users progress through the game, a hidden storyline is gradually revealed. The Co-Founder & Head of Technology at Talisman, Jonathan Dunne, highlighted that one of the main barriers to blockchain adoption is the complexity of Web3. With the Quests app, Talisman aims to make onboarding fun and rewarding, encouraging users to explore the various projects and apps in the blockchain space. The app also serves as an educational journey for users entering the Polkadot ecosystem. The Wallet Mining feature allows users to generate rewards based on the tokens they hold, with staking activities providing XP multipliers. Users can also earn XP, boosted points, and rewards by completing cross-ecosystem missions. Additionally, users can earn 5% of a friend’s total XP when they sign up using a referral link. Talisman will introduce a new top rank each month, challenging users to reach The Sceptre, follow it to The Tower, and ultimately claim the Ultimate Power of Talisman. To get started with Talisman Quests, users can download the wallet at talisman.xyz and create a profile. They also have the option to import an account or recovery phrase from existing wallets like Metamask, Rabby, and Trust.
