Horizen collaborates with Gateway to enhance prominent Web3 initiatives
Horizen Labs, a pioneering firm specializing in zero-knowledge cryptography, has forged a substantial partnership with Gateway.fm, a distributed blockchain infrastructure company, according to recent disclosures shared with Finbold. The core objective of this alliance is to amalgamate the proficiency of both entities and collaboratively innovate solutions aimed at streamlining the deployment of zk-rollups, thereby enhancing the performance of decentralized applications (dApps).
In its declaration, Horizen specifically highlighted Gateway.fm’s Presto, an intuitive platform empowering developers to deploy ZK-rollups in just four clicks.
Speaking on the collaboration, Rob Viglione, the CEO of Horizen Labs, expressed enthusiasm about the potential advantages for users and the broader Web3 ecosystem:
“This partnership signifies a significant stride forward for Horizen Labs within the modular blockchain realm. By synergizing our respective areas of expertise, we aim to pioneer novel solutions in collaboration with Gateway.fm, not only for their users but also for the wider Web3 ecosystem. I eagerly anticipate the developments to follow!”
Furthermore, Horizen Labs and Gateway.fm are jointly undertaking the development of a proof verification blockchain in 2024. This initiative aims to enhance performance and reduce costs for various Verifiable Computation dApps through optimized Rust zk proof verification.
The proof verification blockchain has already been deployed on a testnet, and Horizen and Gateway.fm intend to persist in their efforts to refine and test superior zk-proof and proof verification combinations for leading Web3 projects.
